Galleries in Florida are not just about art and art history.
They are about business, too.

Some have taken advantage of the fact that online art shops are increasingly common and accessible.
Photo gallery owner James Haggerty, a frequent visitor to Florida’s beaches, has been using his own online gallery to sell items, but it’s not the only way he does it.
Mr Haggerties collection of prints and photographs includes many of the best known names in contemporary art, from Leonardo da Vinci to John Lennon.
He has been selling items for more than a decade.
“We have a couple of galleries, but the bulk of it is all online,” he said.
“It’s been a lot of fun.
We get so many emails and texts about where we’re getting our stuff.”
Mr Haggty said he had to move a lot over the past five years to make the shift.
“The art world is going through some major changes,” he explained.
“For me, the internet is the only thing I can keep up with it.”
Mr Humphries said online galleries could become an alternative to bricks and mortar stores, but said there would be limitations.
“Online galleries can be very, very expensive.
There are a lot more restrictions.
It’s going to be very hard for people to buy in,” he conceded.
“There’s going in to this idea of the new art gallery.
They’ve just started popping up all over the place, and it’s a new way of being.”
It’s not as simple as a gallery.
It has to be a place where people are going to spend money and people are happy.
“The best online art buyers In Florida, there are a number of online art sales venues that cater to the needs of art buyers.
Some of the more popular ones are Galleria Gallery, where Mr Haganty sells his prints online, and Artwork Galleria, which has been serving the same needs for more that two decades.
Both offer a wide selection of items including fine art prints, oil paintings, ceramics, glassware and more.
Both sites have seen a boom in recent years and are set to continue expanding.
The Galleria website says it offers a “unique, fast and secure” online shopping experience. “
One of the biggest things that we have is that we’re a little bit of a boutique and we’re kind of out there and we want to be known as a boutique,” Mr Humphrys said.
The Galleria website says it offers a “unique, fast and secure” online shopping experience.
“All the items we sell have been hand selected from art galleries around the world, and our prices are based on quality and condition,” it said.
Galleria offers customers the option to view items for sale in real-time, or at a glance.
Photo Galleria does not offer direct sales of artworks, but instead lets customers pay for their items by credit card or PayPal.
“Our focus is on helping customers find the best art in the world and that’s what we do,” Mr Hainys website states.
Galleries are still rare in the Sunshine state, with fewer than 30 online art outlets operating in the state.
There’s been an explosion in the number of shops opening in recent months, with online shopping growing from about 150 a year ago to more than 1,000 today.

“I think a lot depends on the market, but I think we’ll keep doing our best to offer the best service to our customers,” Mr Hurst said.
He said Galleria’s current online offerings were very well received.
“People really appreciate the artworks that we offer, but they also appreciate the fact we’re not just an online store,” he added.
“And we have a lot that’s available at Galleria.”
Galleria has also expanded its website with new artwork.

There are also plans to add a gallery section with other online galleries.
“Artwork Galleries is really excited to have opened its first online gallery, and we’ve been talking to a number different galleries to see if they could add a Galleria section,” Galleria said.
