We’ve all seen that photo of a young woman who can’t stop staring into the ocean, but she does it without a filter.
But how do you capture that moment, even if it’s just for a couple of seconds?
In the video above, you’ll learn how to take underwater photos with your phone, without a smartphone camera.
For starters, it’s not as easy as it sounds.
Here’s how to use an app and the iPhone X to take that amazing underwater selfie:1.
Install an app like Photobucket.2.
Find a water spot that you like.3.
Tap on the camera icon in the bottom left corner of the app and select “Capture.”4.
Wait for a photo to start.
You can skip to the end and choose to capture the photo again later.5.
When the photo starts playing, the app will warn you to tap the “pause” button.
This will cause the app to stop playing the video and then resume playing.6.
The app will show you a countdown clock.
If the timer is set to “10,” the photo will start playing after 10 seconds.7.
After 10 seconds, tap the shutter button.
Your photo will be taken underwater and the camera will show the countdown clock again.8.
Tap the camera button again to pause the video.
You will see your photo once more.9.
Tap “end” to continue.
You should now see your video in your camera roll.10.
You might want to tap “continue” to finish taking a photo, but that’s not the only way to finish the video using your phone underwater.
To continue the video, simply tap the button again.
