The Apple Store at the Apple Galleria mall in Dublin has been temporarily closed due to high levels of mould and water contamination.
The Apple Store is located in the mall, which was originally designed as an entertainment complex in the 1960s.
It opened in 1983 as a store for Apple Computer products and software.
Since the closure, the store has been closed and the mall has been inundated with mould and a dangerous amount of water.
The Mall of Ireland said it is working with the gardaí and the Garda Ombudsman to determine the cause of the contamination and make the appropriate remedial measures.
It said the store will be closed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The Garda Inspectorate has also been asked to investigate the issue.
The mall will reopen on Saturday.
